I offer individualized sessions that weave together somatic bodywork, parts work, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and energy work to support healing, resilience, and embodied change.

my approach

Healing happens through relationship- with ourselves, our bodies, our emotions, and the world around us.

My approach is rooted in the understanding that our experiences live not only in our thoughts, but also in our nervous systems, movement patterns, and unconscious patterns of survival. Through a blend of somatic practices, bodywork, parts work, breathwork, and energy work, I support clients in cultivating greater awareness, resilience, and compassion.

Each session is guided by your unique needs, intentions, and what is arising in the moment.


What a session looks like

Sessions are collaborative and tailored for you.

Together, we may explore:

  • Physical tension and habitual holding patterns

  • Emotional experiences and internal dynamics

  • Breath and nervous system regulation

  • Movement and embodied awareness

  • Grief, transition, and life challenges

  • Intuition, meaning, and spiritual growth

Some sessions may be more conversational, while others may involve hands-on bodywork, guided awareness practices, breathwork, movement, or energy work. There is no right way to engage in the process. We work at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.

bodywork

Hands-on work that supports awareness of physical tension, holding patterns, and embodied habits. Touch can help create new possibilities for relaxation, regulation, and connection within the body.

Somatic parts work

An approach that helps us understand and relate to the different parts of ourselves with greater curiosity and compassion. Together, we explore how these internal dynamics are experienced not only emotionally but physically.

Breathwork & bioenergetics

Breath, movement, and posture can reveal and shift longstanding patterns held within the body. These practices support vitality, emotional expression, and nervous system regulation.

Reiki

A gentle energy-based practice that can support relaxation, grounding, and balance energy in the body.
