Grief rituals

These rituals are facilitated and supportive spaces for you to be held so that you may feel and honor your walk with Grief.

To do this, we commune together and are guided through activities and experiences that invite us to open and grow our capacity to move through the waters of Grief—waters that can feel too deep and turbulent to approach alone.

These activities and experiences may include:

  • Building an altar — orienting our attention to Grief, intention, loved ones, Earth

  • Authentic relating activities — group sharing, connective activities

  • Embodiment practices — breathwork, bioenergetics, dance

  • Meditative practices — visualization, gentle “tuning” into your body

  • Art — drawing, writing

  • Music and song — singing spells and heartsongs, instrumental music

And more... No two rituals are the same. Each aspect of the ritual is emergent and meets the group right where they are.
